Yesterday the scales tipped into a deep pool of unmitigated drama on FaceBook. From purveyors of ill-tidings, end-of-the-world-of-publishing as we know it, to a slew of thou-shalts and thou-shants, my word… It was mind-numbing, blood pressure spiking, rant-worthy, argumentative worthy and downright draining.
But the pièce de résistance was a dear friend being reported (several times) for posting a pic of a devilish dude in net stockings, garter belt, leather and a tat … and an arse to kill for.
I sthepped on my thongue over that one.
But someone, we know not who of course, took “offense”.
Really?
You don’t like it? Go away, unfriend, block, do what you have to do to safeguard your tender sensibilities but leave the rest of us alone. You and your triggers and your delicate nature … begone.
So, in support—and as a bit of a dare—I posted a few of my favs, including a pertinent meme starring none other than Stephen Fry.
So far, no takers on that dare…
For the rest of us who think the human form is a thing of beauty… Enjoy.

This is just disgusting and rude and I have looked at it nine more times to make sure.
